The Functional Fitness Workout Library will condition you to perform fitness, sport and recreational activities from neutral spine alignment. The key to long term injury management and prevention is to condition yourself to maintain neutral spine alignment against loads that exceed what your sport and fitness challenges require.
This program is best paired with neutral spine based functional fitness coaching from a Healthy Posture Club fitness specialist.
