If you have had a recent knee injury or surgery there is a protocol for restoring the mobility needed to start safe strengthening. This workout is the first workout in the Healthy Knee Program.
How you sit and stand play a crucial role in how you load your knee when walking. Collapsed sitting posture can cause misalignments in the low back and hips which limit your ability to load the knee in a healthy way dynamically.
This video restores functional the functional mobility of your upper back to unload the low back sufficiently to position your pelvis in its neutral position. It teaches you how to sit and stand in a way that promotes a healing environment for a knee injury that has a non-weightbearing order.
