Congratulations on progress to the Functional Fitness Phase of the Healthy Posture Program. After you have completed your level 4 online workout session complete this workout every Monday and Thursday or as prescribed. Complete the Level 4 Upper Body Conditioning workout every Tuesday and Friday. Perform your cardio program Wednesdays and Saturdays.
