Now that you have mobility into upper back extension and rotation, let's add some side bend mobility exercises. Perform 4 chest lifts, 4 spine twists in each direction and 4 side bends (lateral rib cage shifts) in each direction to maintain unobstructed access into upper thoracic spine extension (aka chest lift posture).
